SCOPE OF SERVICES RENDERED

AL-HASSAN & ASSOCIATES renders professional services in accordance with the rules guiding professional conducts in Nigeria.

Our firm is capable of rendering the following specialized services.

(i) FEASIBILITY STUDIES:

    This involves carrying out the feasibility and viability studies of projects of all kinds with consideration of all factors, both natural and man-made. It also include, project management and planning, with site supervision.

(ii) PROJECT EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL:

This includes assessment of projects vis-à-vis its conformity with standards, compatibility   with the host environment, suitability with it purpose, ability to achieve it goals. This is carried out before, during and after implementation of projects.

(iii) PROJECT DESIGN:

        This starts from the search for suitable sites for projects and survey. It includes undertaking the design, including preparation of the Environmental Impact

(iv) HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT

       This involves organizing seminars and workshops for workers who render environmental related services. Also we train administration officers in government agencies to related their services with the Environment.

(v) WASTE  MANAGEMENT

       Both solid and liquid wastes, industrial, domestic and institutional wastes and urban and rural wastes. All waste contractors in Osun State are under our supervision.

(vi)  CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO GOVERNMENT AND ORGANISATIONS

  On this, we would be contracted to put up proposals on projects of various types and scales. The list is included in this document. in some cases, we volunteer information for government on environmental issues. We took part in the execution of some, we supervised   

  some, we implemented some.

(vii) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND GRASSROOTS MOBILIZATION  

         This service is very important to the development of every society. It is a fundamental aspect of the most effective Development Approach (Bottom-Up Approach).
