Fees are quoted in a number of ways, depending on the type of project and requirements of clients. They can be arranged as percentages of the cost of the project, especially construction works, according to the Federal Government’s stipulated scale of fees, or on a time scale related to the actual man hour worked by staff or as fixed lump sum when the extent of the service required is clearly defined.
