No other firm has satisfied the conditions of registration since 2001 (ii)                It is the only Accredited Consultancy Firm to the Osun State Environmental Protection Agency since year 2000- an arrangement concluded in year 2001 after TOPREC Registration (iii)               It has been the only Environmental Consultancy Firm that has successfully worked for the UNDP in Osun State. Our services then were adjudged the best ever in the history of UNDP in Osun State

(iv)                AL-HASSAN & ASSOCIATES remains the only Environmental Planning Firm qualified to be appointed as a Consultancy Firm by the Osun State Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning till-date

(v)                The firm is the only Town Planning Consultancy Firm in Osun State that was registered as a Consultant by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) of the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources, and the only one in the Special Category among Town Planning Consultants in Osun, Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti and Kwara States.

(vi)              It has been the only Environmental Planning Firm in Osun State that has a media programme, in collaboration with Crescent Gold Communication to enlighten and raise the consciousness of the government, the public and individuals about environmental management.
